Su cadenza settimanale bisogna monitorare un unico portale nazionale (sito web ufficiale) dove vengono pubblicati tutti gli annunci di immobili venduti all'asta. Per ogni annuncio interessante (parametri definiti a priori) vanno raccolti in una tabella (excell o google sheets) alcuni dati presenti sul sito ed estrapolati altri dai pdf allegati all'annuncio. poi con dei criteri matematico/logici il foglio excel definirà un rating agli immobili in asta
Ho bisogno di realizzare un app di questo sito Lapp dovrà avere il design del sito. Non mi interessa metterlo negli store per il momento.
