Dutch Legal Data Scraping (V2)

I would like you to scrape the website uitspraken.rechtspraak.nl. This is a website in Dutch with all data from Dutch court cases. The site is in Dutch, but my guess is you can complete this scrape also if you do not speak Dutch. Not sure if the site has an API, but I think it does. The information is public, so it is perfectly legal to download this. Go easy on the website please. From the main page ([login to view URL]), click "Uitgebreid zoeken" (extensive search) and choose "Strafrecht" under "Rechtsgebieden" (ENG: criminal law under 'law areas'). (see enclosed document for a visual) Today, I got 152,237 results, but it may vary by the day. You get a list of court cases that looks like this: (see enclosed document for a visual) Per case, I want all fields ("Instantie", "Datum Uitspraak" , ... , "Vindplaatsen"). The field "Inhoudsindicatie" can have a clickable "_more_" in it. Make sure to scrape all text. The fields might not be exactly the same in all cases. Make sure to scrape all. Below, starting from "Uitspraak" (ENG: Verdict) you get more details on the court case. This typically is or can be a very long piece of text. I want the whole piece of text as one text field "Uitspraak". This is the easy part (I think). I would also like you to do the following: 1. Create a field "verdachte" (ENG: suspect) with all the text of the [verdachte] part in it 2. Create a field "Geboren" (ENG: birth year) based on the "verdachte" text. 3. Create a field "Beslissing" (ENG: decision) with all the text of the part "Beslissing" in it 4. Create a field "Strafmaat" (ENG: sentence) with the text in boldface that is part of the field "Beslissing". This is supposed to be a summary of the sentencing. Note that there can be more than one piece of bold text. I need them all. Any suggestions on how to further deal with these is appreciated. In some cases the boldface text includes the crimes that were committed, so in principal I would prefer to eventually have something that just says "10 years" 5. Create a field "Zittingsplaats" (ENG: place of sentencing) with the place right after "Zittingsplaats" (see in the above visual) 6. Create fields for the names of the judges. You can find these right above the part where "Bijlage bewijsmiddelen" starts. These are the addendums to the main text. The main text ends with the list of judges. Typically, it looks like "Dit vonnis is gewezen door mr. S.H. Peper, voorzitter, mr. C.J. de Jong en J.L. Souman, rechters, in tegenwoordigheid van mr. H.R. Lageveen, griffier.". In English that reads "This verdict has been given by mr. S.H. Peper, chair, mr. C.J. de Jong en J.L. Souman, judges, with mr. H.R. Lageveen, secretary, present." 7. Create a field that counts the number of things that the suspect is accused with. This can be done relatively easily in the cases where the text contains "Feit 1", "Feit 2" etc. Just counting the facts would do. I am not sure if all of them have this, though. 8. Deliver both the data and the scripts or software necessary to run it. I want to be able to run the script independently later on. DELIVER THE SCRIPT(S) IN SUCH A WAY THAT I CAN LATER EASILY SCRAPE ONLY CASES THAT WERE ADDED AFTER A GIVEN DATE. As to the data set: I would prefer to receive a data set that is (readable into) Stata format. Other formats that are easily readable on a Windows pc are ok too, as long as they facilitate the large pieces of text that "Uitspraak" will deliver.
