Custom ERP (Cloud based) for a Pharma Manufacturing Company

We are an alternative medicines manufacturing company in Delhi. We follow GMP standards of manufacturing that requires a specific procedure of manufacturing. We need that process to be done on an ERP instead of Excel that we have been using so that our work gets easier and quicker. The process is as follows 1. A Sales order is recieved: When a sales order is generated, the ERP should run a query to check if the products in the order are available in finished product stock. 2. Query in Finished product Stock Data: Two cases may arise a) Stock is available --> In this case invoice maybe generated b) Stock is not available: Two cases may arise i) Stock is available in Quarantine Bulk Quantity --> Generate Requisition Slip from Quarantine --> Generate Packing Slips and issue required material --> Transfer finished product to stock --> Invoice ii) Stock is not available in Quarantine --> Production --> Raw material stock is queried as per recipe of the product, if available --> Request Raw Material --> Transfer to Quarantine --> Sample to Lab for Testing --> Test Report is generated --> Requisition of approved product from Quarantine -->Generate Packing Slips and issue required material --> Transfer finished product to stock --> Invoice
