Firmware for controlling electronic throttle valve (closed loop setup)

Hi, What I understand is that you are reading the positional information using the potentiometer and recorded it in ur adc_value1 and comparing it with tps_value on which your taking ur PWM and Direction decision but facing the jittering issue. Dear sir, I have vast experience in doing embedded projects and i am passout from top university of india. I can do the project as per the requirements mentioned but might be needing a little more details like the circuit diagram and ratings of the devices in order to understand the actual reason for vibration. In most cases if you are using a stepper motor the vibration occurs if the switching is made too fast and motor does not rotate but keeps vibrating.

it requires a closed loop control to bring it to the desired position. I prefer pid control. moreover the along with duty cycle the pwm frequency has to be adjusted for different throttles. for this a mathematical model of full closed loop control has to be made in simulink. then only code can be written.
