shopify website theme customization, collection, navigation configuring with smart tags and importing products

> need to customize Shopify theme with designing appropriate banners and designs suitable with themes size and dims > navigation menus and mega menu with appropriate banners to be displayed and configured > collections to be created based on parent website [login to view URL] and collection description to be copied as-is from the parent website > tags to be configured to later automate product tags > need to update excel with the collection, type collection description, sub-collections, its description, tags, etc > existing products from redbubble (only the ones listed under our seller acct on redbubble needs to be imported to Shopify using a custom made a python script to automate and link with the tags enabling to display in proper collections and correct navigation menus > other necessary pages such as terms, policies should be created and linked to footer menu and create footer menu in navigation > global shipping mode to be configured > after customer checkout on our website, an internal order to be placed to redbubble using affiliate link for that products using affiliate account (need to create an affiliate account on redbubble and link using automation) all of above is to be read and understood properly prior to bidding and prior to accepting the job. if any clarification, we can clarify.
