pagina de consulta en django - django page

Image of what is required is attached se requiere una pagina para consulta de consumo de energia de 20 usuarios maximo con autenticacion sencilla, se tiene ya creado una maquina virtual con ubuntu y django con una pagina base, los datos de consumo se deben leer de una db de influxdb y pasarlos a una base de datos postgressql, el resporte debe poder descargarse via archivo excel. el administrador debe poder ver las tablas de todos los usuarios y asi tambien modificar, crear o borrar cuentas de usuario, el administrador tambien debe poder crear un resumen del consumo mensual de cada usuario la informacion mostrada se debe poder filtrar por rangos de fechas. se adjunta imagen de lo que se requiere
