I need a python developer for a simple trading bot

I need a simple trading bot (binance exchange), that will only replace filled trades with a new limit order. For example trading pair is ADAUSDC, for every sell order filled, trading bot should place a new limit order to buy at a lower price for a pre-set difference and same quanity. Sell filled quantity 200 at 1.15 (trading bot send a new order to buy 200 at 1.10) Buy filled quantity 200 at 1.10 (trading bot send a new order to sell at 1.15) All prior orders are set manually, all I need is a bot that will replace filled trades with new orders at a different price.
