Django Project E-Mails/Ratings Problem

Hi there, I'm 4+ years web developer working with python(django, flask and webapp2) php(laravel, codeigniter) also as a javascript(jquery, react and angular). I'm wiling to work for reputation on this site. Price is not the problem we can correct that if the job is easy.
