Hey! Take a look at my video. The chatbot itself is the easy part. Connect to the Bet365 API, get the odds and other game data and structure it in natural language via the open AI API. That's simple. The hard part here is the predictions. The predictions range wildly in complexity and accuracy The most straightforward way is using linear regression: plot the data, draw a line over it, and see the trend. This is fast and simple but will give you bad results. What we need to do is some PCA (Principal component analysis), define clusters and get some real statistics going. This is what any person who knows statistics will suggest to you, as this type of structured data statistics is exactly what you need for your application. But I have a crazier idea. If you want to go next level and build the most advanced prediction engine possible, what we need to do is use a mixture of reinforcement learning and generative AI to build models that will learn to play as closely as possible to a specific club, or even to specific players. Once we have the models that can accurately mimic the play style of a club/player(s), we do thousands of simulations and see the probability of different lineups being victorious, and also the most likely number of goals. We won't be simply using the data everyone else has, we will generate our own, and make predictions based on data that no one else has access to.
