We need that algorithm to retrieve the top interacted friends from Facebook. Terms: 1) Freelancer must work with our Developers provide/test the algorithm/logic. 2) Freelancer must understand Facebook Graph API, know it's limitations, terms & conditions. 3) Good in algorithm, such as setting score allocations, etc. *Dealing with such sites before will be a plus.
