Command line web interface

My bid is for two pieces of the system: a shell processor and an AJAX enable form snippet to communicate with the processor. I will not provide any direct means for access control; it will be assumed that you will be protecting access using .htaccess or through a callable function to determine if access is allow by the visitor (I'll provide a hook in the processing script that will call an arbitrary function that will return true or false based on the visitor's access). The page on which the form snippet is placed will also be assumed to provide it's own access mechanism. The form snippet will transmit and receive server responses via AJAX. The form will consist of an input textarea and an output display container. Images displayed from the output will be encoded and displayed inline where they occur in any other text output. The processor will scan the input for commands such as "cat filename," check if "filename" refers to an image file, and replace the command with a place holder to later be replaced with base64 encoded image data in the output response. Hello, i can realize the projekt with using java script in about 24 - 48 hours. I would be using java script, of curse the features of what is possible in the web console would be limited to what is installed on the computer, eg there will be different working commands for window and linux environment. Just like when you would use the regular console. For what operation system you want to have it working? Feel free to contact me, i am looking forward to a productive cooperation! Update: What is also possible is the following: You allow the user of the webinterface to run the commands on your server. This would be possible using python or php for example. This way the commands would be the same for every user, but any command would affect your server and not the computer of the user.
