Run Exe Without Temp-Files

I need the code on Visual C++ 5.0 or 6.0. The code should be able to run exe file loaded into memory, and run it from there without creating any temprorary files, I want to use it to decrypt exe files right into memory and run from there, to protect exe file from being copied without decryption process. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
