However, due to your error, I would like to ask you to rule out obvious problems in advance, maybe you will save yourself money. It seems that you have a permission problem with the user you are migrating with. Run the operation as root or check the PATH variables or permissions on the files and directories needed for the migration. If that doesn't work, I'm happy to help you of course.
