Please read first: I'll only work with 1 freelancer focus on my project. If it's done well. I'll keep you as a retainer with a monthly salary just to maintain/update it. I want coders who are able to can be independent to problem solve and proactive. To prove to me you've read this just say 'gotcha' before you propose. I was trying to look for the surrounding property/housing rentals, so I open google map but it doesn't show the property name and rental prices on my map. Goal: I want to a search function for property price rental insights. (combined sources) Desired outcome: For Hotel prices, it's available yes it's available but I want it for rental (attachment 03.56.51) Desired outcome: For Rental prices, this website has the exact function I want (attachment: 04.17.18) This is due to there's no publicly available API. However, there are few places we can scrape/pull the information from.
