I would be a great fit for this role as I have just finished an IT service desk role so have spent the last 2 and a half years supporting over 6000 users via email over the phone and via live chat. Due to the nature of the work it was fairly common for a customer to become angry or frustrated during the call so I have developed a very professional attitude to dealing with this in a calm and professional manner. I would take between 25 and 60 calls per day depending on how busy it was, some would be very short and others could go on for over an hour so I am highly experienced in customer service and can be extremely patient with customers. I received excellent feedback from customers on multiple occasions, and can provide references from my previous role immediately if necessary. I am a very fast leaner so can learn company processes very quickly and ensure they are always followed whilst providing the highest level of customer service at all times. As part of my previous role I was also a virtual assistant to my line manager. This included sending emails and making calls on his behalf and scheduling meetings for him as well as a range of other admin tasks.
