Connect game controller to COTS motor controller board

I am building a submersable drone. It will run on 24V Lithium Polymer batts and drive three 530 kv DC motors. I need a controller board that will controle the three motors (via Pulse Width Modulated signal) plus 5 other actuators. The input to the controller will be a wired controll box (maybe a game controller with some discrete switches) held by an operator. I am looking for someone to recommend a game controller and a controller board (like a hobby kit) and then get it to work with the batteries, motors and wired hand controller. 1st Milestone: Goto Amazon and select a game controller and motor controller board and send me a link so I can purchase and deliver to you. Also provide a small one paragraph on how you intend to connect these together. 2nd milestone: Wire together the hand controller to the controller board and deomonstrate 3 indipendent motor control (can use a single cheep motor on 3 different channels) and toggling of 5 acessories (could just be LED for now) 3rd milestone Wire in a Lithium battery and three high-quality motors that I will send you. Demonstrate full current draw from the three motors (testing to make sure the currentl will not cook the boards and motors). 4th milestone Turn on/off camera via controller and activate sensors that are wired to the motor controller board. There are other milestone that will be defined later such as integrating video and data uplink comms, controle downlink, adding solar panals and charging circuit, audio monitors, satelite coms etc) Must be able to communicate in English over Skype, Zoom or Google.
