Hello Sir I all ready made a similar project for another employer. Its an easy task for me. I will use nxp's MFRC522 chip for RFID reader and ESP8266 chip for Wifi and MCU purpose. from my side i wil give you insurance of 45 degree traces, no overlapping of mask and silksreen, clear and visible name and places and many more small details that important in PCB.
