This circuit should be crafted with a primary focus on voltage accuracy, especially in the range of 440vac. Key outputs needed from this project are numerical data formats. PROJECT PHILOSOPHY: A system measuring 400VAC using an MCU is pretty straightforward. A PCB shall be designed to have the required ports data transmission line. Estimated project duration: 2-3 weeks. PROJECT SUBMISSION: The following documents will be provided during the final project submission: 1) PCB Gerber 2) PCB Component Assy file 3) JLC PCB / LionPCB Fabrication Drawing 4) Component BOM 5) Cost Breakdown 6) MCU src code (if required) PROJECT SPECS INFO 1) Using a low-density MCU like an STM32F103 series shall be more cost-efficient and easy to implement. An ESP32 is an overkill for this application. 2) Suggested data (measurement) transmission via CAN line. If wireless capability is required, we shall implement a separate PCB base away from the source line. 3) Adequate safety devices will be provided: Short circuit fuse protection, ESD and EMI protection. ** Required information about current rating, type of source transmission, surrounding environment and dimension constraints.
