Chinese Astrology Software Development

Project is to create a chinese astrology software. There are already similiar chinese astrology software in the market. What I want is to take that and further improve it. Hence the base is already created. What the chinese astrology software does is that it uses your normal year, month, day, time to convert it to lunar date. And from there will make that into an astrology chart. What i wand to add is an additional module to store profiles of clients: -names -date of birth & time -locate chart This is in chinese so, to modify the chinese one and create an english version. Possibility of designing the software for Windows or Mac. I prefer the usage of Unix because i feel its more stable. I will be hands on in this project and will supply to you tables and graphs to be put into databases. From there you will be able to create programme with the data.
