DESCRIPTION We need a relatively short business plan for a mobile dating app (iOS and Android) business idea. The revenue model works on the idea that customers will pay virtual coins to be able to video chat with different users for certain amount of time. Virtual coins will also be used to send messages, pictures and videos to users after the first free interaction. Create the profile is free, like profiles is free, send 1 introductory e-mail is free. To highlight the customer profile would also have a virtual coin value. Virtual gifts with virtual coin value will also be offered (i.e., 1 virtual coin = 1 virtual emoji such as flowers and hearts). The app will also have small areas where some paid advertisement can be allocated and with time it would also offer services such as sending flowers and other similar romantic gifts. Although with a worldwide market, the localized market would be South and South East Asia. External cloud and webhosting should be used initially with possibility to get our own servers in a future. DELIVERABLE - Business Plan in MS-Word Format - 3 slide presentation in MS-Power Point format - 1 page executive letter (condense business plan) Work Independently with the information provided.
