Dear All, I am looking for a business expert who know the local market in pakistan, specially in car dealership.. we run a car dealership which runs completely on a commision based business model. It means we don't have our own car rather than we find cars for our customers. Or we find customers for our sellers. A perfect scenario would be if we find the buyer and seller , this will give us 1% commision from each side. Company structure:- . Owner . Salesman/incharge of the office. . Cleaning boy . Watchman . who communication is done by MS Teams, . 2 Folders in MS Teams 1. is in Progress and 2. is Sold. all the details of running deals are kept in "in progress" and once it sold " it is kept under "sold" for transparency. What we have and what we offer:- . We have a good decorated office in the hub of capital city islamabad. . The salesman is highly educated . We have a watchman from 9PM - 6 AM . We have maid for cleaning and doing little stuff. . We have parking slots available. . We have a freelancer agent who can help our customers in migrating car ownership which is such a lenghty and complicated task in pakistan. . we offer insurance for all cars which is parked at our office to be sold by us, it gives our customer guarantee to be safe with us. . We are partnered with pakwheels and post the cars on pakwheels. Some issues we need to tackle asap:- . we are totally dependent on our salesman, he makes call and coordinate all the deals. which is itself not an issue. But we can't control many things like:- . if he sells and buys on his own we don't have any clue on it. . If he all of sudden leaves us we will be left with nothing. . the audience group we are targetting is middle class and somehow not well educated, they believe in calling and make offers via whatsapp or voice message. in short summary, we would like to have a company based approach not a person based approach. How could we deal with that ? How could we automate our processes ? How could we scale up our business ? what we expect from you ? . asses the running concept as described above ? . come up with suggestions or rephrase the concept. . converting person based approach to company based approach. . suggestions for Better transparency. . setting trend policy to have realistic approach of mindset in pakistan/islamabd . scaling options to get bigger and bigger. . how to convince and target the rich customer ?
