Hello, I'm a hardware enthusiast, and over the years I've flashed the firmware of different types of devices, both in software, and in hardware (externally, using a flash chip programmer), for computer motherboards, laptops and smartphones, SBCs, controllers like PIC and Attiny/Atmega, and also optical drives and others. RK3399 is a SoC. What do you need? To configure it for using an LCD display, or to flash the firmware on the LCD (LCD controller) itself. I should be able to help you nevertheless, because I had to do with different situations over the years, but I like to document and resaerch beforehand, to make everything fast and smooth.
