I need you to finish my site

Hello My site is built in yii the people who are working on it can not finish the site. I need for the CSV bulk import to be created and set up 100 percent correct I need for the cuisines to appear on the site geo located. Means every city will not have the same cuisine categories because not every city offers them. Example If a customer is in New york city they may have German Asian French So those would be the only cuisines that would appear in that city's directory because that is all they have But maybe somewhere like Frankfurt Germany has more. They will have Turkish Indian Russian Polish American German and all those cuisines categories will appear in that city for options of food to eat.. Also I need you to set it up where people can look for restaurants.. as well right now the site was built for delivery but i want also a directory set up.. I will send you a copy of my csv file . And we need to make sure the total system is working... like the delivery notifications to the restaurants and all Just understand that the site really needs to be finished and i really need you to get working on it make it work and lets get it working..
