I want you to make me a offline generator software, which will create [login to view URL] XML posts import file, via which I can import multiple posts into a blogger account at once. There has to be text field box of multiple lines for different titles of the posts. Each line will be a separate post title. Also there has to be text field box of multiple lines for content of the post which will be in HTML. Each line will be a separate post content. Please note that post content will be only one line for each post. To get the sample XML file please add a post into blogger and download it via settings section of the blog. The total budget of this project is 600INR.

Hi Sir/Madam, I have seen you requirements. I have an experience of 3 years in IT field. I have created one Java code for this purpose which creates the xml format required for blogger import. I will first like to validate with you if the import is working with the xml I have created. Once it is approved by you I can create a Java desktop application so that you can use it to create same xml. I can do it at 600INR but not less than that.
