Complete a QSHE work

I am looking for someone to complete a coursework assignment that related to Workplace Health and Safety. A scenario is given: There has been an increase in injuries at the central warehouse. You visit the warehouse and observe the following: • An employee almost slips over in the warehouse on the slippery floor. The slippery floor is in an area that is not used by many employees. • A forklift driver passes dangerously close to an employee who has walked over the yellow safety zone. You observe that there are several people walking across the safety zone as it is the most direct route to the staffroom. You also notice that there is a large prominent sign saying ‘Be aware of the traffic’. • Protective clothing is not being worn by the forklift driver. For example, he is not wearing any earphones and he is listening to a loud radio. • An employee is struggling to lift a very large box that is labelled as requiring two people to handle it. You notice that there are several large empty boxes. You ask the employee if they need help and they say no as their colleague has just left to get a drink of water and will be back shortly. • The chairs used at the computer terminals are old plastic picnic chairs. • You see a sign in the staffroom clearly advising that WHS policies can be found on the organisation’s intranet. • You observe a supervisor slip on the warehouse floor and they appear to hurt their knee.
