WP+Woocommerce - serial number registration functionality

We run a blog+ecommerce website based on Wordpress and Woocommerce. We would like to add a product registration form (and database) so that our customers (direct and through partner) can register their purchase and we can keep track of that for warranties and post sales support. requirements: 1) each record must include following fields: purchase date, item, serial number, reseller who made the sale. "item/product" field should be exclusively selected by user within a list defined and updated by admin. 2) users should be able to add, view, delete and update records within their user profile page. 3) website admin must be notified (email or other?) after any registration or update made by any user. 4) registration database must be easily downloadable (CSV/XCL) for local analisys. in this case each record must include customer name or ID for immediate reference. 5) it would be nice - but not mandatory - if the system could check if a serial number is alraedy in the sistem (eg registered by another user) 6) it would be nice - but not mandatory - if the sistem could check the serial number against a white list/black list and notify the admin accordingly.
