Use Gravity Forms To Create Conditional Logic Pricing For 36 Products On My Website (VISUAL SAMPLE INCLUDED)

I need one master pricing form that includes ALL PRODUCTS as shown in this example here: [login to view URL] This will work as an instant quote form but also can be used to order if the client so chooses I also need a pricing form for each individual product page as shown in this example here: [login to view URL] I DO NOT NEED THE 'PROOF TYPE' OR 'FILE DELIVERY' SECTIONS OF THE FORM! The SHIPPING section will only have 3 options with radio buttons. I will also allow for file upload as a part of the form. Otherwise the forms I need created are almost exactly the same in functionality. I have an example of a form I started on my website for business card pricing.
