Non-Profit seeking experienced WordPress MapSVG plugin developer to revise MapSVG design and link to a back-end spreadsheet.

We are a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3), non-governmental organization. As part of our mission, we present voting information that is not otherwise presented by state and local government agencies. We aggregate the information from state and county boards of elections and enter that information into a shared Google Docs spreadsheet for our internal purposes. The information is presented on our website through MapSVG. Currently, the data is manually entered into MapSVG fields via HTML. We need a developer to do the following: • A redesign or professional coding for the information that appears in the "containers" of the MapSVG plugin. Once someone selects their county of residence, the dates, times, and voting locations in that county should be presented in a clean, clear and concise manner. The design should be optimized for mobile devices. • Include functionality to add voting dates, times, and locations to common calendar platforms. • Link the current or a new spreadsheet (or similar file) to the MapSVG container fields so that the data presented on the website is automatically updated as the data in our internal database is revised. • Provide a simple and easy-to-use back-end database, preferably in Google Docs or a similar system, for entry of the voting location, date, and time information by county. The database must be linked to the MapSVG plugin, so that the information on the website is refreshed as the database is revised. • Provide a system and instructions to revise the global elements of the plugin following the completion of each voting period. • Ensure that any changes to the MapSVG plugin does not adversely affect other aspects of the website.
