Copy One Page Website that's Almost Finished Using Elementor and Wordpress

I am looking for a one-page website made with Wordpress and Elementor Pro. It has about 9 sections and one header. I already have bought the license for Elementor Pro and the domain for the wordpress site. In addition, I have already downloaded and installed all the plugins necessary. Also, I have already created a one page mock up with all the blocks listed below. That means the majority of the work is done for you - you don’t have to come up with a design, choose the blocks, pick out the colors, pick out the fonts etc. I have built websites using Wordpress and Elementor Pro before. However, I don’t have the time to do it now so that is why I am hiring someone. I will provide you with the images so you do not have to search for any. There will be some photos that I do not have yet so you can just use a placeholder. What I am looking for: Phase I --You will finish the one page website by filling in the headers, subheaders, text as outlined in my step-by-step guide. --You will take the ONE website and creat nine copies of that website. The only thing that changes is either the font or the colors. That means there are three different fonts to choose from and three different color schemes to choose from. For example, page one has black font and blue color. Page two has black font and orange color. Page three has black font and gold color. Page four has Yellow font and blue color. --For some of the blocks, you have to manually change the fonts yourself. Phase II --I will ask for edits such as changing the font, changing the weight, changing the color, making a photo bigger, adding a header, removing the animation, changing the button color, adding a button somewhere, using a new block/template and so on. Phase III You will make the links be active: ---“Order now” button ---“Email” button ---“Sign up” button for email It must be -Mobile responsive -Optimized for Google index -Able to be edited by me later in Elementor and Wordpress I do NOT need -WooCommerce integration -Any additional plugins -All the text to be perfect. I will edit the typos latter. This website is merely to serve as a placeholder. -SEO optimizations I will give you a step by step guide with mock of photos and clear instructions. I am placing a priority on communication and revisions. If you wish to finish the product and be paid immediately that is unlikely to occur. I imagine there will be multiple revisions with ongoing communication between us. Also, there will be days where I will not be on a computer. That doesn’t mean I am ignoring you. It just means I am very busy. Please do not worry - I will respond to you. Again, do not expect to finish the product in one weekend. It will take multiple revisions, ongoing communication, and time between edits. You will be paid in ONE milestone - not multiple milestones. I expect this to take you less than one day if you are talented. PLEASE READ: There is a good amount ofinformation on this handout. Therefore, please put forth your best bid. Please do not bid low and then ask for additional money after discussing the project. If you have questions, ask. If you do a good job there is a very high chance I will consider hiring you for two other websites.
