WordPress & MailChimp: Help us solve a few issues

THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH OUR WEBSITE: As you can see on our website: [login to view URL] there are 3 signup forms: - On the home page (Created using the 'Contact Form 7' plugin on WordPress) - On the Contact us page, and (Created on MailChimp and embedded here) - On the popup (I don't really know where was this created, probably on MailChimp) On our MailChimp account, we've 6 lists/audiences: - Webinar 1 (21st April, 2019) - Contact Us - Confirmed for Bangalore Bootcamp - Cootcamp Clients - TheBROthing Mail - TheBrothing THE PROBLEMS: 1) Having 6 different lists is creating confusion among our staff. 2) The signups from the Home Page and the Contact Us page on our website go to the 'Contact Us' list on MailChimp, but the signups from the Pop Up goes to 'Thebrothing' list 3) When someone signs up using our pop-up, they're shown a link, to download the free eBook, that doesn't work. 4) Although we receive signup notification to our work eMail (thebrothing@[login to view URL]), from MailChimp, of a sign-up on our Contact Us page, we don't receive any such eMail notification for signups on our Home Page and PopUp. 5) Our MailChimp eMail campaign of 10 eMails, that are sent once a week, starting with the Welcome eMail, is only partially done (7 of 10 campaigns already created, 3 more to do) WHAT WE'D REQUIRE FROM YOU: 1) Create a new list called "After 29-06-2019" 2) Henceforth, all the new signups on our website, on all 3 forms, should show up in this new "After 29-06-2019" list (you'll have to tinker with the WordPress backend for this) 3) We should receive a notification eMail, from MailChimp, on thebrothing@[login to view URL] for EVERY new signup on ANY of the 3 forms 4) Backup all contacts from all the lists on MailChimp, and then send the backup file to us 5) Merge all the lists into a single list called "Before 29-06-2019" and then delete the old lists. 6) When a person signs up from the Pop-up, change the message that's displayed on the screen: instead of link to download the book, have the message say: "We've eMailed you the free eBook. If you use one of the following eMail services, click the button below to directly open your inbox [Gmail Icon] Open Gmail Inbox [Yahoo Mail icon] Open Yahoo! Mail Inbox [Outlook icon] Open Outlook/Live/MSN Hotmail Inbox" With each of the 3 button of equal size (length/height) and linking to the following, respectively: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 7) Create the 3 new eMail campaigns on MailChimp (which the contact should receive on Week 8, 9, & 10). After you accept the project, we'll provide you the following to get you started: - The script and title for those 3 eMail campaigns. - Login to our WordPress backend - Login to our MailChimp account If you've any doubts please feel free to ask.
