By CLI, start a new windows chrome session with proxy (to Putty SSH tunnel) while not interfere with ongoing non proxy sessions.

As stated, i need a CLI that creates a new session (separate user or not) without using any extensions. Just code. Show me you can do like with Skype screen share and i will create a milestone and award you the project. It will be by a port where Putty have a SSH tunnel to a proxy sever (Aws). I will provide the server and the ssh-key. So its 2 simultaneous connections from Chrome. One NOT by proxy and one by proxy.
