Professional consulting website with integrated assessment platform

We need a website that allows us to provide pre-employment assessments for our clients. Nothing we need is new, and building from existing tools is acceptable. 1) Website. For the most part, pretty standard stuff. Other than this we would want: a) a test library so that people can see what tests we offer (but not the entire test, just a description or some example questions), and b) an ROI calculator - where the user can specify some details about number of jobs etc and we can show the ROI. We will provide the mathematical calculations. 2) Candidate Portal. Applicant needs to be able to: a) redirect to this from the job board or company career page, b) create an account and create and/or edit candidate profile. Profile could (optionally) be created at the same time as first-time job application or separately in order to be part of our talent pool. c) upload a CV (basic CV parsing would be helpful to prefill candidate details) as well as any other relevant documents d) answer any custom questions required by the client e) complete the required tests. For this, we need proctoring technology to detect potential cheating. We may be able to white label this. f) Participate in asynchronous video interviews g) Candidates won't see test results (though maybe as a non-MVP premium option?). h) A help chatbot or connection to live support would be necessary in case of technical problems. 3) Client Portal. Functionality included: a) An ATS for users who don't have their own or prefer to use ours, as well as integrations with the leading ATSs in the market. (Much of the functionality described in the points below will be included in a good white-label ATS, but some of the points below may not be in an ATS and there will be plenty of ATS functionality not described below which will nonetheless be useful) b) create an account (nay not be necessary in MVP if we can create manually as client numbers will initially be small c) register individual users d) create a job post or import one from their existing ATS e) view details of all tests in the test library f) Clients create their own custom tests (these may optionally be shareable with and usable by other clients) g) A recruitment process builder, where users can specify which tests to use and what weighting to apply (we would have suggested weightings and tests, but they can deviate from them). Also, they can specify and manage other parts of the recruitment process, such as live or asynchronous video interviews. h) pay for jobs they want to use our platform for on credit card. i) Jobs can be paid for pay-as-you-go or be bought in bulk in return for a discount. If the latter, we need to be able to track the number of remaining credits the client has. Review candidates, see the results (a single aggregate score from all tests, scores on individual tests and answers to individual questions if they want to drill down). Candidates to appear by default in order of aggregate score, but other orders possible - alphabetical, by time applied etc. View other candidate information - CV, answers to custom questions etc. Ideally, candidate information would be searchable. A lot of this functionality will be in an ATS if we white label it, the questions is how to integrate functionality that is unique to us. It would be useful to have a reporting function, so that recruiters could for example review the average score of all candidates on a test etc. May not be essential for an MVP. All candidate information is exportable (probably to Excel) Invite candidates to the next round - which may take place on or off the platform Search candidates who have created a profile. They would be able to search based on usual criteria for talent pools as well as what type of tests the candidate has taken and what their scores were. Set questions for and records video for asynchronous video interviews Send candidates links to asynchronous video interviews Review and score asynchronous video interviews, sharing the link with colleagues if necessary. 4) Internal portal. In this we would: a) create client accounts b) manage existing accounts, customer and candidate c) review payments information is this is not going to be done in external software d) review statistics on number of applicants per role, test scores, test completion rates, drop out points in tests, review cases of suspected cheating etc d) send out automated emails to candidates who have started the process but not completed it, and (optional) alerts to recruiters when new candidates come in. 5) Secure databases underlying all of this to store candidate and client information Later Development In addition to items listed above in italics, future development would include: Candidate Portal Search jobs posted by our clients for suitable vacancies. Search functionality would be similar to other job sites. During application process, choose whether to reuse previously completed tests (where possible) or to re-take them. Alerts when clients post suitable jobs. Create certificate they can post on social media/job sites displaying their results (and giving us exposure) Client Portal List jobs on our job board Possibly mobile apps, most likely with a reduce level of functionality as least initially.
