I need to have a website built for my outdoor guide business. It must have a section where guides can sign up to become a guide. They can then post the activity they will be hosting along with pictures description and their certifications. They will need to be able to receive reviews as well as payment over the website most likely through stripe. They also will have a calendar for scheduling. On the side of the consumer they can go on and search their location or a activity, fishing for example and if they allow the app to use their location all the fishing guides in their area will come up. There will need to be filters such as miles away, certificates, rating etc. It must be fully responsive. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Our contract is that we must be 100% satisfied with your work the list must be very accurate We pay 100% when project is 100% complete. We will put full 100% of project costs in Escrow and pay when project is 100% complete and we are satisfied. By accepting this project you agree and will forfeit all payments until we are 100% satisfied and work is 100% done
