Need 1 Very Cool Graphic Designer

I need a very cool graphic designer to layout a promotional flyer for independent film...it should be 8 1/2 x 11 front and back side. I can supply the logo and all graphics to choose from. I will supply all text which will mainly be on the back to describes the film story. The front side should have the film name/logo centered on top or bottom. The bad evil Samurai character should be prominent on the right facing the center. The bottom left should be the police woman facing to the center. Upper right can be 3D virtual world characters on dance floor...you can use your own creativity on how to best layout and use of graphics...you shouldn't have to design any main characters from scratch...I mainly just need you to place the graphics I have in a professional manner with some cool effects such as highlights bordering graphics or whatever looks cool...see the flyer included called 'cool effects' to get an idea of how to blend in backgrounds. The main thing is people should know film will include virtual world, hip hop music/dancing, cops and samurai bad guy just from images. The back we will give short synopsis of story and add theme graphics just for placement and to support the theme. This will mainly be just laying out the graphics and text on backside in orderly manner.
