Tedious HTML site update (need reliable coder)

I need this work done fast and well. What I have is a site with roughly 20-50 pages that need to be updated. Specifically, the navigation and sidebar links need to be converted to Vietnamese. You don't actually need to know Vietnamese as I will provide the translation document. There are currently two versions of each page (one in English and one in Vietnamese), however, the navigation on many of the Vietnamese pages is still in English. So your job is to convert the anchor text to Vietnamese (using the attached translation documentation) and change the href to link to the Vietnamese version (which already exists). The goal is that once you go to a Vietnamese page you don’t ever get back to a English page. For example: [login to view URL] This page is done, all main and sub nav is in Vietnamese, and links to Vietnamese pages. [login to view URL] This page is not done, it has Vietnamese content, but has a English nav and side nav. You will be able to copy and paste, but since the site was originally coded using Dreamweaver templates (ugh!), I have had trouble editing the content in Dreamweaver. Again, this job does not require that you know Vietnamese. You only need to be able to read and write fluent English. Please quote an hourly rate as I'm not sure how long this will take, but I anticipate somewhere around 5-10 hours give or take. I am willing to pay for a coder with good ratings.
