Vacation rental site needed for listing condos available for rent. Site will be pretty simple. It will have a list of 5-7 condos available for rental with descriptions and pics. Each property will have its own page with full description and additional pics. Administrator functions will be needed that will include the ability to add properties with description, pics, etc. A calender function will be needed to show booked and open dates for any given month for each property. Site must be visually aesthetically pleasing. Template use is fine as long as in the end i own complete rights to final design. A demo will be needed. Payment will be escrowed.
