I'm looking for a real estate website. Pages include: Listings (home page) Sellers Community Contact Us Log In Listings page; similar [login to view URL] The search would contain the Basic and Advanced tabs (not Rental) with List Results and Map Results. There will also be “featured listings” slideshow (showing a photo, basic details and would be linked to a featured listing sub-web). It's also going to add listings automatically from [login to view URL] (Canada) for specific agents. The listing agent would then log in and set the default to automatically add all listings or automatically “block” all listings, but can also manually to change each listing's settings. A “Drip Email” system very similar to the one described in the [login to view URL] The community page would include various resources & tools, similar to the one at [login to view URL] but would also contain links for community pages similar to [login to view URL],_Ontario (with a better visual appeal). There will be sub-webs for each featured listing (whether it's from the search results or from the featured listings) The content would be grabbed from a database. The featured listings sub-webs would be flashy and feel like completely separate websites, with different themes and I could add additional photos (other than just the ones from [login to view URL]) All this on a shoestring budget!
