Scrape list of bars and restaurants in Austin Texas area

We're a brewery seeking a list of bars and restaurants, and their corresponding email addresses, as potential customers. This should be exclusive to the city of Austin, Texas, USA. We need somebody to scape online to gather this information, and deliver to our team in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet should be in the format attached. We will be using the list to email these prospective customers. The email addresses should be for owners/managers at the bar, rather than, for example, "info@..." addresses. These are the decision makers we are seeking, and a general inbox should only be provided for an account if no others are able to be located. Only provide 2 emails per location max.
