Home Page design and coding for Volusion Store

We need to redesign our homepage on a Volusion store and example of what sort of impact we want our customers to experience is similar to [login to view URL] This will involve: 1. knowledge of how to code the template for use within the Volusion set up (requirement) 2. Flash creation with special effects 3. Photoshop (will need all PSD created) We also would like the template to be increase from current size to accommodate new design and several new graphic buttons to be implemented If you have not worked on a Volusion store and can provide current example then please do not bid as we are on a time limit I do not intend to explain how the Volusion store works your prior knowledge will be evident in understanding how it need to be coded
