Build a storyboard, voice over and music in the background for my website.

I am looking for a very creative way to garner the attention of my web traffic (VP’s of Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations) and to get them to feel their emotions of frustration when trying to choose a vendor who can provide them with lead generation services via telephone, email, social, marketing tools and the like and the "frightening" and emerging field of artificial intelligence. The viewer needs to fell the frustration of their wasted time and the frustration their colleagues feel talking to many companies who all say "we're the best" and then the vendor will push the client to fit the customer into the vendor's capabilities and not the other way around. As background, there are over 100 companies who offer lead generation services. i.e., companies who call on Client prospects to get the Client an appointment with the prospect. Most of the vendors are pretenders and many are worse. Think of off shore callers who have very poor speaking skills to other US based companies that charge crazy high amounts of money to perform services with call center agents. Now, think of the VP's of Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops who have to spend ALLOT of time "kissing many frogs" to find a Vendor they "think" will be able to deliver results, with no guarantees. The executives time is highly valuable, and the time spent on these searches absorbs over 50 - 100 hours of total executive time. It also takes them away from their day jobs. We find the right vendor for our Clients using our proven method of discovery with the client, researching the vendor, vetting vendors to a short list and presenting solutions to the Executives. Our method will take only a few hours of the executive’s time. This allows our time and cost to be returned to the Client, we can get guarantees and price discounts the Client cannot get and we pay for ourselves several times over. So, we need a clever web based storyboard, voice over and music in the background to get this message out there and to get the viewer to click to “contact us” or “set an appointment” right on the website. This is a consulting business, so we want to look professional, a bit edgy and reassure our clients we can get them "what they want" and return to them our total cost of services PLUS a lower total price, better terms and conditions from the Vendor. We provide services to start-up business to business with up to $10MM in revenue. We find the needle in the haystack from the hundreds of choices that are out there.
