294639 Make-Up for Windows Applicatio

I have an application developed in VB.NET and I want some body to enhance the GUI for that application (changing colors, adding icons, modifying the layouts,...etc) the winner will get the source of that application (developed in Visual Studio 2008) and he simply will will deliver it back to us after doing applying the make-up. any posted bid should be attached with a sample of any related work has been done before by him. the total number of windows in that application is just 5 plus the main window which is only have a menu to navigate through the other windows.
