VB6 coder requested for answering support/purchase emails

I need a good VB6 coder to answer support and order e-mails from my clients. I have a VB6 program that handles network connections on Windows machines. Clients ask questions via email and they want a quick and good answer. Sometimes this requires a modification to the program or some debugging. Also orders are places via an online order system. These mails must also be answered quickly with a license key and certificate (in PDF format). I need someone with excellent knowledge of VB6, the VB6-program and the English language. You need to have a friendly and highly service oriented attitude. The job is for a longer time (months, perhaps even years). We will get access to a web mail system, and to the tools and information required to do this job. I believe it requires 1 hour a day, 5 days a week. Kind regards, Heraut ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
