I need a video advert made of my mobile game

HI, I need a promotion video of my mobile application game. It needs to be 30 seconds long and exactly like the sample one i have given below. So it will be like cartoon animation. The quality of it has to be like the ref video. You will also need to make it funny so the script and everything will be done by you. music and voice over will also be done by you (this can be bought from audio jungle). so i need a finished 30 second video cartoon advert complete.
