Create WordPress "How To" Videos - Clear English

I would like to have a number of "How To ..." videos created for WordPress and WordPress plugins. - Must be a fluent US English speaker without any strong accents - Must have a working knowledge of how to use WordPress and the most popular plugins - Must be able to record your screen in HD while speaking and explaining what you are doing on the screen - Videos must be able to be downloaded 'cleanly' - without any watermarks - in .mp4 or AVI format so that they can be uploaded to a 3rd party hosting service. Sample videos can be found at UsingWP.net. Specific example: [login to view URL] If you are adept at creating videos and doing the zoom in/out and highlighting/shading items (as the demo shows), please let me know that in your proposal. I am fine with a 'static' recording -- meaning that it doesn't have any zoom, etc. like this: [login to view URL] If you are looking at that sample, I don't want the talking to be that informal -- that was just a quick recording I did for a client. It must be professional like the first example. When bidding - you must use the word "Homerun" as the first word of the proposal so that I know you read the instructions. Also, if you are on the shortlist, I will ask for sample video. The sample video will be to use WordPress and record a video showing someone how to add a 'Featured Image' to a post. If you want, please include that with your initial proposal so that I can see the quality of the "How to ... " video. This will be an on-going project as I will be looking to have videos created for many of the most popular WP plugins in use today. Please ask any questions before submitting your proposal.
