Social Media Establishment, Support and Advocacy on Facebook FB, Instagram IG, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest

We are looking for English capable persons to establish, maintain, populate and grow US social media accounts, up to 20+ Facebook accounts, 20+ Twitter accounts, 8 Instagram, 8 Reddit , 8 Pinterest and so on... to 1. enable our community members to communicate their views and ideas to other community members and 2. to grow these social media accounts to improve our community's outreach to American social media users as a whole. We anticipate hiring more than one person for full or part time employment, providing thousands of hours of stable, ongoing employment over years which can be performed remotely, at any time convenient to our employees from their home or any location they choose. We do not run spam or paid advertising, this is NOT a revenue generating undertaking. THEREFORE, THE HOURLY COMPENSATION IS STANDARD FOR THE REGION OF EMPLOYEE'S EMPLOYMENT. We pay in USD, twice monthly and cover Western Union or other fees. If a person proves successful, increases in compensation and responsibilities are possible. We have clear brand rules which are strictly enforced. We are an online community oriented toward USA socially conservative causes. Many members of our community want to support our community online, unfortunately many do not have time or technical skills to establish and maintain their own social media accounts. Discussions include conservative US politics and ideas, including the benefits of home schooling, 2nd Amendment gun rights, protecting the rights of female athletes, women's health, etc. We are responsible and conservative social media citizens. We do NOT platform racially extremist or violent views, send DMs, target any private person for ridicule or harassment. We have a zero tolerance policy for promotion of content abusive toward minors or violence of any kind. Responsibilities will include: - Creating and curating content that aligns with our brand guidelines - Scheduling and posting content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest... - Engaging with our target audience and responding to comments and messages - Analyzing social media metrics to track progress and make adjustments to our strategy as needed Ideal skills and experience: - Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends - Experience in creating and executing social media strategies - Proficiency in content creation and curation - Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics - Excellent communication and organizational skills If you have a passion for social media and a track record of driving website traffic through social media, we would love to hear from you.
