Two tests would need to be taken before being approved. · Service: Machine Translation Post-Editing mainly – Full MTPE Areas of expertise: blogs and daily posts, white papers (technical marketing content) – user manuals, style guides, legal, technical · CAT tool: Trados We are expecting great volume from this and already almost a million words have been done, so should you have capacity, Of course, the client will work with the help of machine translation, . The content they are mainly giving out, is divided into Daily posts & Blogs, and here there is a tight deadline (usually 24h, max 48h) MT technical marketing / white papers with higher volume and less tight deadlines. At the moment, in general, we are more in need of MTPE than human translation. The service requested is full MTPE (2 steps with 2 different linguists required: MTPE + proofreading), so we’re looking for TEP rates. > If more than 50% of the string is changed, you will be paid the full amount (new word) > If a string has very good quality and no changes are needed, you will still get paid 25% of the new word rate Unfortunately, we will only be able to analyze the files once the final work has been submitted and therefore you will not know in advance how much you’ll get paid. The Purchase Order (PO) will be issued only after the delivery. Human Translation (HT): New word rate and Trados discount as usual. Therefore, to sum up, for this project, we’d need to know your best rate offerings for the following: $0.00 per new word $0.00 for fuzzy matches (75%-99%) $0.00 for exacts (100%) Regarding capacity, no max/min is required here, just the approx volume you could take in order to provide perfect quality.
