Architectural 3D Rendering video

I need a video produced by using a compilation of 3D renderings of a worker training facility. The current facility is a small high school that I want to convert into a training facility. The training facility will consist of interior training classrooms and hands on training areas (that is currently 2 gyms) for trainings, such as: - Fall protection - Ladder safety - Confined Space entry - Scaffolding - Overhead hoist - Electrical safety - Forklift training And exterior work areas for trainings, such as: - Trenching - Excavation - Heavy Equipment training (Back hoe, Excavators) I invision needing the these areas modeled: - Exterrior of the buidling - Gym #1, large training area, all 4 sides with various workstations and people being trained - Gym #2, large training area, all 4 sides with various workstations and people being trained - Lab classroom - Offices - Classroom #1 (with seating and state of the art A/V equipment) - Classroom #2 for electrical safety training - Classroom #2 for first aid/ CPR training (show people on the floor) - Lunch room - Outside training grounds, north area (ground and aerial views) - Outside training grounds, east area (ground and aerial views) - Fire extinguisher cell- outdoors The purpose of the video is to give the viewer a walkthrough of the facility and show the various types of trainings that can be done at this facility. I currently have some pictures and a pdf of the current floorplan. I don't have an Autocad drawing. Any freelancer bidding on this work must have a portfolio of a similar 3D rendering VIDEO project. The bid must include a link to their 3D rendering video.
