Telemarket for me

I need someone to convert leads (that will be provided) to active customers. The leads will have a phone numbers, the sales person must ascertain whether they are a domestic, freight or international shipper, their volume, dimensions and destination- ideally high volume customers are required- more than 50 per week. Rates will be provided to the prospective telesales person for domestic and air prices, freight will be forwarded on to me. Successful conversion of leads will be shown by the customer correctly filling in and returning the application form that will be provided. All successful leads will be paid per successful lead and this depends on the volume of packages the prospective customer brings on board. At least 4 leads must be converted per week- the leads provided are very good. Must have a clear accent to contact customers.
