Outbound Real Estate Appointment Setter - Real Estate Telemarketer

We are seeking an experienced telemarketer with a knack for setting appointments in the real estate industry. Your main responsibility will entail making outbound calls with a primary goal of setting up appointments. Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to potential property sellers or buyers. - Qualifying leads based on interest and scheduling appointments. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Previous telemarketing experience with a focus on appointment setting. - Understanding of real estate industry. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to handle rejections and maintain enthusiasm. Overall, your responsibility would be to bridge the connection between potential clients and our real estate team by effectively setting appointments. You will be responsible for placing 100 calls daily to identify potential buyers interested in acquiring property in Australia, including houses with land or apartments. A provided script will guide you in qualifying buyers. Requirements for this role include owning a laptop and mobile phone. We offer an integrated phone system that ensures all your calls are made at no cost to you. Training on this system will also be provided. Fluency in English and prior sales experience are essential qualifications for this position. The initial commitment is 5 hours per day, and a 5-day trial period will be conducted. Successful performance, with a high number of qualified buyers, during the trial will result in continued employment.
