I purchase a recreation vehicle that been in the repair shop for nearly four months. I need a letter asking the business for compensation for payment l've maded and lost vacation fees and aggravation they put me through. We purchased the RV May 12, 2020 and pick it up on May 22, 2020, we returned the RV to Camping World in Charleston, SC monday June 1, 2020 with a list of problem it been in the repair shop since then. The monthly payment is $583.98 which l would like compensation for4 months totaling $2,335.92 and additional 2000.00 in gift card from Camping World for loss of vacation time and fees that l loss because the RV was not repaired. The last update was August 31, 2020 Camping World of Charleston stated that they again would need to ordered some addition matieral and it would be another week or so before they're know when the RV would be ready? The representative corporate at Camping World is Ms. Hayes Jordan, Lincolnshire, Illinois to whom we're addressing the letter to for compensation for my RV being in repair.
